Auburn Hills Portfolio

With today's busy lifestyles building a new home can be a daunting

task. Working from our extensive Portfolio of homes, our process makes building a new home a much more manageable experience. The process is rather simple and involves five basic steps. There are two basic starting points for this type of project - the lot or the plan.

  1. A. If you have your heart set on a specific location within a community we can help you select a plan from our portfolio to work within the specific attributes of that lot.
    B. If you have your heart set on a specific plan, we can direct you to the most appropriate lots for that particular plan.
  2. Once a lot and Portfolio plan are selected, architecture changes need to be evaluated. Because no two homes in Auburn Hills employ the same architecture, we work with a new homeowner to develop a style that is appealing to each individual while retaining the requirements of the Architectural Review Committee.
  3. The plans will then be modified as they are impacted by the site conditions - for example, changing the basement plan to create a walk out basement.
  4. Incorporate plan changes into the drawings. We welcome personalization of our Portfolio homes to meet your specific needs. For example, you may want to add a bay window or add a third bay on the garage.
  5. Specifications and Selections will be developed through a couple of short meetings to better understand your expectations in your new home.

These steps are somewhat simplified, but provide a good outline of the process in order to develop a price for your new home.
