The Village at Tom's Creek blends four different lot sizes throughout the neighborhood. Our portfolio is compiled around these basic design parameters.

Each plan in our Portfolio can accommodate a number of architectural styles defined in the Architectural page. For example, if you like the Deerberry floorplan and prefer a Colonial Revival architectural styling, that can be accommodated by our design team.

In addition, some homes may work on more than one lot type. Please inquire about this directly with the Sales Associate.
  • Farmhouse Homes: Larger home sites approximately 1/2 acre in size accommodating homes up to a maximum front facade width of 46'. Homes on these lots are accessed from the front street.
  • Hamlet Homes: Home sites typically 70' - 80' wide, but slightly smaller than the Village Lots accommodating homes with a maximum front facade of 36'. These homes are accessed from the front street.
  • Cottage Homes: Home sites typically 50' - 60' wide accommodating homes with a maximum front facade width of 32'. These homes are accessed from a private alley.
  • Attached Homes: Home sites typically 18' - 30' wide accommodating homes with facade widths from 18' - 20'. These homes are accessed from a private alley.
