Given an opportunity to contribute to the fabric of our community by building new homes, Progress Street Builders was conceived in the mid 90’s by Eric Sallee, Stan Whitmarsh, and Don Hughes. Named after one of Blacksburg’s original streets, our name pulls from the past while reflecting on a bright future. It is a privilege and honor to live and work in a place filled with the natural beauty and inspiring energy of Southwest Virginia. Protecting the remarkable quality of life that we all enjoy is a driving factor in the selection of the projects we undertake.
